# Company Reserve

**Tokens reserved for long-term use.**

The Company Reserve allocation represents 23.00% of the total QUIDD supply. 

The difference between the circulating supply in the token release schedule and the total token supply is the token allocation for Quidd’s Company Reserve. The Company Reserve is held in Quidd’s long-term treasury and cannot be sold without lock-up periods.
